Job Description
We are seeking an Estate Surveyor to manage land and property surveys, prepare valuation reports, and support development planning. The ideal candidate holds a degree in surveying or a related field, has strong mapping and GIS skills, experience with site inspections and valuation, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include conducting field surveys, preparing technical drawings and reports, advising on property boundaries and compliance, and coordinating with clients and contractors. Attention to detail, proficiency in surveying software, and a valid driver’s license are required.
