Job Description
EastwardGates Realty seeks a Sales Representative to generate leads via calls and field marketing, educate prospects on property investments, qualify leads and schedule closings, maintain CRM, follow up to boost conversion, and suggest sales/marketing improvements. Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related; 1–3 years in sales/telemarketing (real estate a plus); strong communication, persuasive, proactive; CRM/digital marketing a plus. Full-time; salary ₦75,00–₦150,00/month + commission, training, growth path and bonuses.
