Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer to join our litigation and corporate law team. The role involves managing complex cases, drafting contracts, advising clients, leading negotiations, and mentoring junior attorneys.
Required: Juris Doctor and active bar admission, 4-7 years of relevant experience, strong legal research and writing, proven courtroom and negotiation skills, and ability to manage client relationships and business development.
