Job Description
Heirs Insurance seeks a full-time Retail Sales Executive to sell life, health, and auto policies to individuals and businesses. You will generate leads via calls and networking, assess client needs, explain products, tailor solutions, close sales, and build long-term trust. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing CRM records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Commission and allowance are included. Competitive monthly pay ₦85,00–₦250,00. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required; prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
