Job Description
Rizoka Technologies Limited seeks a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative based in Abuja (proximity to Gudu/Apo a plus). This full-time, entry-level role requires an HND or Bachelor’s in Communications and 1–2 years of customer-facing experience. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve complaints; maintain interaction records; escalate priority issues; and collaborate with sales and technical teams to meet KPIs. Must be proficient with CRM tools, especially Zoho, have strong written and verbal skills, typing accuracy, multitasking ability, and a customer-first attitude. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
