Job Description
As Director of Finance and Operations, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational strategy to drive organizational performance. Manage accounting, cash flow, compliance, risk management, and process improvements while partnering with leadership on long-term planning. Oversee finance and operations teams, implement efficient systems (ERP experience preferred), and ensure accurate financial controls and timely reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in finance or accounting, strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with audits and regulatory compliance, and proven ability to translate financial data into strategic decisions.
