Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Business Advisory to lead and grow our Business Advisory line of business. The role requires a strong background in corporate finance, fundraising, financial modelling, and advisory delivery across infrastructure, commodities, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Provide senior-level business and financial advisory services, supporting clients with strategy, structuring, and execution.
- Lead and support end-to-end fundraising engagements using equity and debt financing instruments.
- Develop, review, and interpret financial models for project and corporate financing.
- Prepare and manage bankability and investment documents, including feasibility studies and investment memoranda.
- Advise clients on commodities markets, trade, and backward integration strategies.
- Work across multiple service lines to deliver integrated advisory solutions and strengthen client retention.
- Apply strong commercial judgment and analytical skills to assess project viability, risks, and returns.
Manage senior stakeholders, investors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality advisory outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in business advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, financial modelling, and investment documentation.
- Strong understanding of commodities, trade, and infrastructure-related projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
