Job Description

Job Summary

The Beach Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beach facility, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining facilities, and driving smooth, efficient operations. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beach operations and activities
• Supervise and schedule beach staff (lifeguards, cleaners, security, vendors, front desk, etc.)
• Ensure safety standards and beach rules are enforced
• Coordinate with security and swimming officers to ensure guest safety
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of beach facilities
• Manage inventory, equipment, and beach assets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Support marketing activities and special beach events

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manager or Supervisor in hospitality, tourism, or recreation
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and risk management
• Minimum qualification: [SSCE / OND / HND / BSc]
