Role Overview

The Business Manager will support Brielle Consulting’s growth by driving revenue, coordinating commercial activities, and strengthening client relationships across our HR and business advisory services.

What You Will Be Driving

Revenue across all Brielle Consulting service lines

Client retention and upselling opportunities

Strategic partnerships and growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth initiatives

Coordinate business development and sales activities

Manage key client relationships

Identify expansion and partnership opportunities

Track and report commercial performance

Probation, Salary & Commission Structure

Commission only during probation

No fixed salary during probation

Salary eligibility begins after confirmation

Commission applies on net revenue received

Requirements

Strong background in sales, consulting, or business operations

Proven revenue accountability
