Job summary
Kriss Kross is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to be the face of Kriss Kross Skating Rink and the first point of contact for our guest skaters. This role ensures seamless ticketing, and retail sales while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to Kriss Kross with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Verify that all customers have a signed and valid waiver to skate before admission.
- Process sales of admission tickets, rental equipment, and retail items such as food, drinks, and socks.
- Provide accurate and helpful information in response to customer inquiries.
- Ensure the checkout process is efficient and maintain proper handling of payment transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels of sellable stock and report any shortages to management.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales area.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 0-1 year experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems (training will be provided).
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Victoria Island before starting work (Required)

Remuneration: NGN 125,00
Work Schedule: This position may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, in line with rink operations.

- Physically and Mentally Healthy
