Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable Customer Care Representative to assist online and walk-in customers. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, promoting our fabric products, building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the brand professionally. - Minimum of BSc or HND in marketing or any field
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell to online and walk-in customers
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, POS systems)
- Good understanding of products and market trends
