Healthcare Sales Manager

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across healthcare consulting services, medical procurement, training programs, and institutional partnerships within the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across their various solutions.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with hospitals, corporate organizations, NGOs, HMOs, and government institutions.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value institutional and B2B healthcare deals.
• Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years impactful sales experience, preferably within healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven track record of closing institutional, corporate, or government-related deals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Location: Lagos (with travel as required).
