Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s business and growth objectives
- Forecast demand for beauty, cosmetic, and skincare products and plan procurement accordingly
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, inventory, production partners, and logistics
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including warehouse-to-store and direct-to-customer deliveries
- Oversee supplier and vendor relationships, including raw material suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
- Negotiate contracts, conduct supplier audits, and track vendor performance
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including stock-outs and supplier disruptions
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, logistics, and inventory
- Manage supply chain budgets, working capital, and cost-saving initiatives
- Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, analytics, and performance reports
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams
- Support business expansion initiatives, including new product launches, retail stores, and sales channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or retail
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory planning, and logistics management
- Experience managing manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience supporting product launches and fast-growing brands is an advantage
