LeeDigital is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Visual Designer to join our team for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and other marketing materials that elevates our brand aesthetic and ensure our social media growth is driven by great visual design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, Design and maintain a consistent, high-quality, visual outlook for LeeDigital across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to turn complex digital marketing concepts into easy-to-digest visual narratives.
- Actively monitor visual trends on social media (typography, motion styles) and creatively integrate them to our workflow.
- Ensure all digital output aligns with the established LeeDigital brand guidelines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media-first design (please provide links to live accounts or Behance/Adobe Portfolio).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones, and more).
- One or more years of professional experience in a design agency or in-house creative team.
- Attention to Detail and ability to deliver polished, ready-to-post designs within provided delivery window.
- Preferably Based in Ibadan or available for a highly responsive Remote arrangement.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro for creating animated social posts.
- Experience in Adobe InDesign.
Contract & Compensation:
- Duration: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Opportunity for a full time position after contract ends).
- Salary Range: NGN 230,00 – NGN 270,00 (Monthly).
