Job Title: Field Sales Manager (Vape/FMCG) – Hunter Mindset Needed

Location: Lagos (Island & Mainland) Salary: ₦200,00+ / Month (Base) + High Commission Structure

Are you a street-smart sales pro? Do you know Lagos markets inside out? We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Manager to take over Lagos. We don’t want someone to sit behind a desk; we want a Hustler who can hit the streets, close deals, and build a network. If you have experience selling drinks, food, or FMCG products, we want you. lagos only

Your Mission:

Hit the Streets: Spend 80% of your time in the field. Visit shops, clubs, and markets to open new accounts.

Crush Targets: Drive sales volume across retail and wholesale channels.

Own Your Territory: Map out Lagos, spot competitors, and make sure our brand is visible everywhere.

Report & Win: Use Google Sheets to track your wins and report progress daily.

Who You Are:

Hungry: You have at least 2-3 years of on-field sales experience (FMCG/Beverage background is a huge plus).

Tech-Savvy: You can use Excel/Google Sheets on your phone without issues.

Resilient: You know how to handle “No” and turn it into a “Yes.” You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible: You are ready to work flexible hours to align with business needs.

Lagos Resident: You know the best routes and major markets in Lagos.
