Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Proposal Development Specialist. The Proposal Development Specialist will be responsible for researching, drafting, and coordinating high-quality proposals for potential business opportunities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to gather information, coordinating timelines and deadlines, and ensuring submission compliance with client requirements. Key tasks include reviewing RFPs (Request for Proposals), preparing response outlines, and ensuring compelling content delivery while maintaining organizational standards and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, make informed decisions, and contribute to strategic objectives
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats
- Experience and knowledge in Software Development and Programming
- Sales expertise with a focus on identifying opportunities and presenting compelling value propositions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Proficiency in proposal management tools and related software is an advantage
