Through strategic campaigns, hands-on execution, and high-impact education under SounDisruptr University, we support thousands of artists across Nigeria, Africa, and the diaspora.

We are rebuilding our revenue engine and looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing Manager who understands both paid ads and sales pipelines, someone who can generate leads AND convert them.

This is not an assistant role.

This is not a “post content” role.

We want someone who can drive revenue every single month.Who We’re Looking For

We want a hybrid marketer, someone who can think like a strategist, work like an executor, and sell like a closer.

Someone who can:

• Run ads that bring quality leads

• Follow up with leads immediately

• Convert leads into paying customers

• Track KPIs daily

• Work fast, communicate clearly, and deliver results You must be comfortable with:

• Daily lead management

• Sales messaging

• WhatsApp + DM follow-up

• Revenue targets and accountability

This role is perfect for someone who wants to own the outcome, not just “do the work.” Your Responsibilities1.

Lead Generation & Paid Ads

• Run and manage ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google

• Optimize for cost-per-lead, conversions, and daily performance

Build and manage funnels for SounDisruptr University, services, and lead magnets

• Track analytics and improve performance weekly2.

Lead Follow-Up & Sales Conversion

• Respond to all inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email

• Engage prospects, answer questions, and move them toward a call or sale

• Follow up multiple times daily

• Close sales for courses and marketing services

• Maintain a CRM or tracking sheet for every lead.

Sales & Revenue Reporting

• Submit daily KP| reports (leads generated, follow-ups done, conversions made)

• Provide weekly revenue breakdown

• Document CPL, conversion rate, number of meetings booked, and more4. Social Media Execution Support (Not the main duty, but required for alignment)

• Coordinate content direction with the social media team

• Ensure content aligns with ads and sales strategy

• Suggest content ideas that drive leads5. Email & Funnel Support

• Assist in creating follow-up emails, auto-responders, and sales messages

• Improve funnel flows to boost conversions

Must-Have Skills

• 2-4 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or funnel-based sales

• Experience running ads (Meta, TikTok, or Google)

• Strong communication and sales persuasion skills

• Ability to manage leads aggressively and professionally

• Strong understanding of funnels and customer journeys

• Ability to work independently and operate with urgency

• Excellent reporting discipline

Bonus (not required):

• Experience closing high-ticket or online course

• Ability to write sales-driven copy

• Familiarity with music, creative indust ries
