Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and repairing automated form-fill-seal machinery to package liquid products into sachets.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Configure, start, and operate sachet packaging machines for daily production runs.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform daily, weekly, or monthly preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn parts
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Quality Control: Monitor machine output for seal integrity, weight accuracy, and packaging quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, machine downtime, and production volume.

Pay: ₦166,00.00 – ₦178,00.00 per month
