Job Description
Job summary
This is a hybrid role that combines on-site coordination with remote operational support. You will be required to be physically present onsite approximately 10 times each month. When not on-site, you will handle pre-event logistics and professional online correspondence with hostesses, clients, and the Founder.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage all event staff on-site performance, conduct, punctuality, and presentation throughout events to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative of Emerald Green Ushering Services, confidently engaging clients and introducing event staff.
- Collect real-time client feedback, address concerns promptly and professionally, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Oversee uniform allocation, appearance, and grooming standards, and ensure all brand assets are properly managed and returned.
- Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, deployment, and clear communication before, during, and after events.
- Manage staff logistics, planning, and operational coordination remotely when not on-site.
- Handle professional correspondence with hostesses, clients, and the Founder via email and approved communication platforms.
- Prepare and submit accurate on-site and post-event reports, including staff performance, resumption time, and client feedback.
- Use basic computer tools to maintain organised digital records, staff lists, schedules, and reports efficiently and professionally.
- Uphold corporate etiquette, confidentiality, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
- Ensure smooth event execution and collect live feedback on their performance.
Requirements:
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and basic software for reporting and correspondence
- Can draft professional emails, respond to correspondence, and represent the company’s brand tone in writing and in person
- Must be comfortable meeting high-profile clients
- Follows instructions with accuracy and precision
- Good-looking, dresses corporately and elegantly
- with the ability to wear heels comfortably for long hours
- Can manage uniforms, coordinate staff on-site and introduce event staff
