Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Ajah Lagos State, Nigeria. The selected candidate will be responsible for marketing properties, identifying potential clients, initiating and managing sales strategies for real estate properties, and facilitating guided property tours. Additionally, the role involves managing client relationships to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring all property-related transactions are handled professionally to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate experience and a strong understanding of real estate trends in the market..
- Proficiency in sales techniques with demonstrated success in driving real estate sales and achieving targets.
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of real property markets and ability to conduct market analysis effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate,HND,NCE can apply, Msc and holders of higher certificate is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or real estate sales roles is an added advantage.
