About Cubeseed

Cubeseed is an agri-tech marketplace simplifying agribusiness in Africa. We are building the “Stock Exchange” for livestock, solving the critical problems of trust, supply reliability, and credit in the protein supply chain. We connect bulk buyers directly with trusted commercial farmers, using Escrow technology and AI to guarantee quality and payments.

The Role

We are seeking aggressive and experienced Field Sales Agents to drive demand generation. Your primary goal is to acquire high-volume buyers—specifically Restaurants (Fast Food Chains), Hotels, and Cold Room Distributors, who require a consistent weekly supply of protein (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Eggs).

You will not just be selling produce; you will be selling a financial solution. You will introduce buyers to our Credit/Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services powered by Sterling Bank, allowing them to expand their capacity without immediate cash flow constraints.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Prospecting & Acquisition

  • Identify and secure B2B buyers capable of placing bulk orders of 5 tons and above per week.
  • Target specific sectors: Fast Food Chains (e.g., profiles similar to Chicken Republic, Kilimanjaro), Hotel Chains (e.g., Sheraton profile), and major Frozen Food Distributors.
  • Pitch Cubeseed’s unique value proposition: Guaranteed quality, bulk supply reliability, and payment security via Escrow.

2. Credit Onboarding & Pre-Qualification

  • Introduce clients to Cubeseed’s credit facility to solve their cash flow limitations at the point of purchase.
  • Guide potential borrowers through the Credit Pre-qualification requirements and collect necessary financial documentation for assessment by our financial partners (Sterling Bank).
  • Ensure clients understand the terms of the credit service to prevent default and ensure long-term retention.

3. Platform Onboarding & Account Management

  • Register new buyers directly onto the Cubeseed Web App/Dashboard.
  • Train clients on how to place orders, utilize the escrow service, and manage Goods Received Notes (GRN) within the buyer dashboard.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring repeat orders and resolving initial disputes regarding quality or delivery.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Field Sense Compliance: Mandatory usage of the “Field Sense” application to track daily visits and location data.
  • Data Integrity: Accurately fill out client data forms during visits. Incomplete or falsified data will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Provide weekly reports on market feedback, specifically regarding price sensitivity and credit demand.

Who You Are

  • Experienced B2B Seller: You have a track record of selling to the hospitality or FMCG sectors. You already have a network of restaurant managers or cold room owners.
  • Fintech Savvy: You are comfortable explaining financial products (credit, escrow, wallets).
  • Tech Adopter: You are proficient in using smartphones for work, including CRM tools, location tracking apps, and guiding others through web-based dashboards.
  • Trustworthy: You understand that trust is the core of our business.

The Offer (Commission Structure)

  • Uncapped Commissions: Earn a percentage on the Gross Commission Value (GCV) of every order placed by your clients.
  • Residual Income: As long as your onboarded client keeps ordering (weekly/monthly), you keep earning.
  • Context: A single buyer doing 5 tons/week generates significant GMV.
  • Incentives: Performance bonuses for hitting onboarding targets of credit-qualified buyers.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₦135,00.00 – ₦270,00.00 per month
