Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Junior Counselor. The Junior Counselor will assist prospective students by providing guidance on international education opportunities, admission processes, and visa applications. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing consultation to clients, supporting document preparation, and maintaining client relationships to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of international education systems, student visa requirements, and admission processes
- Proficiency in using office tools and software
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in customer service, counseling, or education consultancy is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Studies, or a related field
