CAREER & TRAINING OFFICER

Reporting Line: Reports to the Head of Career & Training Services

About The Role

Brielle Consulting is seeking a revenue-driven Career & Training Officer to sell and deliver career development and training services. This role carries a **personal revenue target** and combines client acquisition, service delivery, and revenue ownership.

The successful candidate is expected to **personally generate revenue**, close career and training engagements, and deliver high-quality services in line with approved standards.

Key Accountabilities

Generate revenue directly through sale of career and training services

Prospect, engage, and convert individual and corporate clients

Sell career services including CV and LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, career coaching, and employability programs

Support the sale and delivery of professional training and upskilling programs

Deliver assigned career services and training sessions where applicable

Maintain accurate client, revenue, and service delivery records

Meet agreed individual revenue and performance targets

Provide regular activity and revenue reports to the Head of Career & Training Services

GOVERNANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL

Operate within approved service frameworks and delivery guidelines

Ensure quality, consistency, and client satisfaction

Maintain confidentiality of client data and records

Comply with internal controls and reporting standards

Compensation Structure

Monthly Salary: ₦185,00

Performance Application

65% and above of the agreed revenue target achieved

Full salary paid

Below 65 % of the agreed revenue target achieved

Salary is prorated strictly based on performance

100 % and above of the agreed revenue target achieved

Full salary plus 5 percent performance-based incentive

Compensation is strictly performance-linked.

Who We Are Looking For

Strong client engagement and persuasion skills

Interest or experience in career development and training services

Comfortable carrying personal revenue targets

Disciplined, structured, and results-oriented professionals

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 1–3 years experience in career services, training support, sales, or client-facing roles

Good understanding of CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, or training coordination is an advantage

Strong communication and organisation skills

Ability to work effectively in a remote, performance-driven environment
