Job Description
Position Overview
Novarick Homes is seeking an experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team, who will drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, build lasting client and partner relationships by developing and implementing business strategies, oversee operational processes to ensure the team functions efficiently .
This role combines business development, sales leadership, and operational oversight, making it perfect for someone who is strategic, results-driven, and passionate about real estate investment and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth
– Generate new leads through market research, referrals, partnerships, and networking
– Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets
– Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs
– Drive revenue and profit growth to achieve company targets
– Track opportunities from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure
– Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and client pitches
– Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company targets and margins
– Lead clients through the entire sales process, from pre-sale engagement to after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction at each stage
– Collect client feedback and implement improvements for repeat business
– Promote investment opportunities in residential and commercial properties to clients
– Provide market insights and client feedback to support strategic decision-making
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (additional qualifications a plus)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in business development, preferably in real estate or investment banking focused on property investments
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals and growing revenue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Experience leading teams and managing operational processes
- Ability to analyze markets, evaluate opportunities, and implement growth strategies
