Job summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning maintenance operations, supervising technicians, and ensuring high service and quality standards are consistently met. Please note that these roles are not location-based. Assignments may be on company sites or at client premises, depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities
- Allocate tasks effectively to technicians based on skills and workload
- Supervise maintenance teams and monitor performance to ensure quality standards
- Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate maintenance and service records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of general maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical, and facilities)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong planning, coordination, and task-allocation skills
- Good report writing and documentation skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant technical or professional certification is an advantage
