Job Title: Usher / Hostess

Job Summary:

Ignition is seeking a polished, professional, and personable Usher / Hostess to create a premium guest experience. The role involves welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables or designated areas, serving and delivering premium drinks, and ensuring their overall comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a warm presence, and the ability to represent Ignition’s brand with elegance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables or lounge areas efficiently and courteously.
• Serve and deliver premium drinks to guests in a professional manner.
• Provide information about the venue, menu highlights, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist guests with special requests or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain a neat, professional, and approachable appearance at all times.
• Coordinate with floor managers, servers, and other staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a positive experience from entry to exit.
• Manage reservations, VIP guest arrivals, and group bookings where necessary.
• Support event setups or special arrangements as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; well-groomed and presentable.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak hours.
• Energetic, attentive, and proactive in assisting guests.
• Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability.
