Ignition Club & Arena is an outdoor lounge with a serene and vibrant environment, designed to give our guests unforgettable nights filled with great music, food, and experiences.
Ignition is recruiting professional, well-presented Customer Service Executives to deliver exceptional guest service across our lounge and club. This role involves direct guest interaction and table service, with a strong emphasis on customer experience, etiquette, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- Serve food and beverages professionally to guests
- Take and relay orders accurately to the bar and kitchen
- Monitor guest satisfaction and attend promptly to requests
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate when necessary
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentable service areas
- Work closely with floor managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Represent Ignition’s brand with professionalism, confidence, and courtesy at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waitress, service staff, or in hospitality/customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat appearance, good hygiene, and professional conduct
- Ability to work late hours, weekends, and peak service periods
- Physically fit and able to remain active during shifts
- Strong customer-handling and service etiquette skills
