Job Description

Role Overview

The Head of Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight across multiple business units, ensuring operational excellence within renewable energy and electric mobility solutions. The role requires strong capability in process optimization, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional team leadership to support efficient and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee operations across all business units.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Manage supply chain and logistics to ensure timely product and service delivery.

Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and operational policies.

Drive operational innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams.

Manage large-scale projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize workflows, processes, and systems.

Monitor key operational metrics and report performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership.

Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, technology, or related industries is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦700,00.00 – ₦1,00,00.00 per month
