The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Lagos office. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring accurate quotations, maintaining CRM data, and providing administrative support to our Sales Managers and Direct Sales Representatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, customer interaction, and being part of a dynamic team in a technical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations in Odoo CRM, ensuring correct pricing, taxes, discounts, and delivery charges.
- Create and update customer and product records, maintaining full compliance with LS Scientific SOPs and ISO 9001 standards.
- Manage incoming customer enquiries, gathering full requirements and communicating quotation status clearly.
- Support Sales Managers by keeping pipelines updated and assisting with product information, supplier pricing, and technical data.
- Perform quality checks on quotations and maintain document traceability for internal audits.
- Participate in ongoing training (Odoo, product knowledge, ISO compliance) and suggest process improvements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, or commercial support, preferably in scientific, laboratory, or technical sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow complex procedures accurately and work independently or collaboratively.
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused with a willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.

Full-time permanent position, office based in Lagos NG, Monday – Thursday 9-5pm and Friday’s 8.30 – 4.30pm
