Job Description

Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Location: Enugu

Salary: N350,00 – N400,00

Department: Mall Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for managing all technical, maintenance, and facility operations of the mall and residential properties to ensure safety, efficiency, cost control, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, power, and BMS operations.

Manage vendors, contractors, manpower, security services, and service providers.

Supervise power systems (HT/LT, DG sets, transformers, gensets) and energy usage.

Ensure preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, and safety standards.

Handle vendor negotiations, bill certification, and cost optimization.

Coordinate CCTV, access control, PA systems, and other ELV systems.

Monitor helpdesk operations, reports, audits, and SOP compliance.

Liaise with local authorities and utility providers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a Mall or large commercial facility management
