Job summary
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician (Plumbing & Firefighting) with strong experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing and fire protection systems. Please note that these roles are not location-based. Assignments may be on company sites or at client premises, depending on operational needs.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Install, service, and troubleshoot firefighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, etc.)
- Diagnose faults and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are safe and functional
- Respond to maintenance issues and emergency breakdowns when required
- Keep accurate maintenance and service records
Requirements:
- Solid background and proven experience in plumbing systems
- Experience in firefighting systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow instructions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A relevant technical certification or trade qualification is an advantage
