Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations within our organization. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by implementing effective security protocols and monitoring all security personnel to ensure adherence to established guidelines. This role requires a strong leader with an acute sense of awareness regarding potential security threats and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on shift.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a visible security presence.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms or incidents promptly.
