• How We Recruit (Important)

Foodico does not hire job titles. We assemble operators who take ownership of specific parts of the ecosystem.

You do not apply for a role.

You apply to own a capability.

• Capability Areas We Are Assembling

You must choose one primary area.

1. Merchant Onboarding & Merchant Operations

You will:

1. Onboard restaurants, supermarkets, vendors, and shops.

2. Train merchants on how Foodico works.

3. Support merchants when orders come in.

4. Ensure merchants stay active and responsive.

You earn:

• Commission on orders from your merchants.

• Performance-based incentives.

You are the merchant’s representative inside Foodico.

2. User Growth & Brand Ambassadors

You will:

1. Onboard users.

2. Drive orders through referrals, social media, and direct outreach.

3. Act as a local Foodico ambassador.

You earn:

• Affiliate commissions per order.

• Volume-based bonuses.

Your job is simple.

Get people ordering.

3. Delivery Partner Recruitment & Coordination

You will:

1. Recruit delivery riders.

2. Onboard and verify them.

3. Ensure delivery availability in your area.

4. Support delivery execution.

You earn:

• Commission per completed delivery.

• Performance incentives.

You own last-mile execution.

4. Delivery-Only & Errand Services Expansion

You will:

1. Expand non-food delivery use cases.

2. Handle errands, document delivery, and small logistics.

3. Test and grow new delivery services.

You earn:

• Commission per delivery.

• Upside from new service growth.

You grow the ecosystem.

5. Marketing, Content & Partnerships

You will:

1. Create and distribute content.

2. Build partnerships.

3. Run local campaigns, offers, and promotions.

You earn:

• Performance-based compensation.

• Campaign-linked commissions.
