Job Description

Receptionist with Marketing Skills – Role Summary

A dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist with marketing expertise, responsible for managing front desk operations while supporting brand visibility and client engagement. This role combines strong communication, organizational, and promotional skills to ensure a welcoming environment and contribute to business growth through marketing support. The ideal candidate is eager to grow professionally, ready to demonstrate her strengths, and motivated to take on new responsibilities that showcase her capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Administrative

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks

Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating and updating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc.)
  • Help manage company social media accounts and support online engagement
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer communication
  • Collect customer feedback and help maintain client databases
  • Promote company services to walk-in clients and visitors when appropriate
