Job Title: Industrial/B2B Sales Executive – Chemicals & FMCG Inputs (Onsite)

About SAR Industries:

SAR Industries Nigeria Ltd. supplies raw materials (detergent chemicals, cosmetics chemicals, oil & fats, plastic chemicals) to manufacturers in Nigeria. We operate in the industrial and FMCG chemicals space, providing high‑quality inputs for soap, cosmetics, detergents, and related manufacturing.

Role Overview:

The Industrial/B2B Sales Executive will drive sales growth, manage key corporate and industrial accounts, and expand market penetration for SAR Industries’ products. This onsite Lagos role requires strong B2B sales experience, industrial product knowledge, and excellent client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate and industrial sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers and distributors.
  • Conduct needs analysis and tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client performance.
  • Support post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and manage accounts using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
  • 3–5 years corporate/B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial products or chemical supplies.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product features and convey value to clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be on-site at Apapa, Lagos; travel for client engagements may be required.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience selling to manufacturers, industrial clients, or large corporate accounts.
  • Understanding of supply chain and distribution channels in chemicals or FMCG inputs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
