Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and periodic management reports.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Administer payroll processing and review employee expense claims.
- Maintain, reconcile, and review bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare tax computations and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and reports.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience, within a real estate, property management, or construction environment.
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage.
