Job Description

Job Title: Radiographer/Sonologist

Salary: ₦300,00 – ₦400,00

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Radiographer/Sonologist skilled in both radiological imaging and ultrasound scanning. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and safely, in line with established clinical standards, while delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiological imaging and ultrasound examinations as required
• Ensure accurate image acquisition for effective diagnosis
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to safety guidelines
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety, infection control, and clinical protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide clear explanations when necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports
• Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure a professional, calm, and positive patient experience at all times

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Recognized qualification in Radiography and/or Sonography
• Valid professional license/practice certification
• Proven experience in both radiological imaging and ultrasound scanning
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and safety standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience & Salary (Gross):

• 1–3 years post-NYSC experience: ₦300,00
• 7 years post-NYSC experience: ₦400,00
