About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable hotel in Ijebu Ode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient operations, staff management, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and manage hotel staff
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
