Job summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Secretary/Facility Manager to manage day-to-day office and facility operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, booking rooms, managing diaries, and preparing agendas.
- Communication Handler: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Documentation & Records: Typing, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate digital/physical filing systems.
- Front Office Support: Greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Administrative Tasks: Organizing travel, managing office supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Technology: Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and office management software.
