Job summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Secretary/Facility Manager to manage day-to-day office and facility operations.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, booking rooms, managing diaries, and preparing agendas.
  • Communication Handler: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Documentation & Records: Typing, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate digital/physical filing systems.
  • Front Office Support: Greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organizing travel, managing office supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Technology: Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
