Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Executive. The Telemarketing Executive will engage with potential clients to generate leads, provide exceptional customer support, answer inquiries, build strong client relationships, and drive sales. The role also requires effective communication to address customer needs, present solutions, and close deals successfully.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects and achieve sales targets.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage with clients clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a remote team, showcasing time management and organization proficiency.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus.
