Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial activities, improve reporting accuracy, support planning, and provide insights that drive sound business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor financial performance and working capital
- Coordinate audits and manage relationships with banks and financial partners
- Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4–7 years relevant finance experience
- Must be 35 years or below
- Must be able to work physically from Abeokuta
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and corporate finance
- High integrity, strong analytical ability, and attention to detail
