Job Description
The Operations Officer will oversee daily operations across all outlets to ensure efficiency, stock availability, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of all store locations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Coordinate inventory flow between warehouse and stores.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and store organization.
- Resolve operational issues quickly.
- Prepare weekly operational reports for management.
- Support outlet managers and supervisors.
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₦100,00.00 per month
