Job Description
Job Summary: The People Analyst drives data-backed HR decisions, optimizing talent acquisition, engagement, and retention in the fast-paced digital logistics sector at OnePort 365. This role ensures that workforce strategies align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics for insights on hiring, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast trends and optimize decision-making.
- Track turnover and recommend retention strategies.
- Support workforce planning by leveraging data.
- Maintain HR dashboards for real-time insights.
- Collaborate to enhance employee experience and career growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 3-5 years of HR analytics experience; strong skills in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools.
