Job Description
Prestigious Consulting is seeking a dedicated customer service officer to join our laundry department. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Maintain customer records and process transactions.
- Manage social media interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries while ensuring order accuracy.
- Create promotional materials using Canva.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in laundry or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside near Orchid Road, Jakande, Agungi, Ikota axis.
Salary: N100,00 – N130,00/month.
