Reports to: Facility Manager
Marigold Hospital and Critical Care Centre is seeking a dedicated Facility Officer. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing facility operations, managing maintenance, ensuring health and safety compliance, and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include building maintenance, safety inspections, contractor coordination, budget management, and promoting sustainable practices.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field and be an active NYSC Corps member. Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of building systems are essential.
