Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Work in Nigeria Recruitment Agency. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, managing the finance team, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance, all while driving the organization’s financial performance.
Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations, ensure data accuracy, develop financial policies, prepare reports, analyze performance, manage staff, and mitigate risks.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, ICAN/ACCA certification, 8-10 years of experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication and leadership skills.
Location: Ijora
Salary: NGN 9 Million – 12 Million Annually
