Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the contractual and financial sides of construction projects.
Your primary duties will include cost estimation, value engineering, and procurement, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and working closely with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, strong analytical skills, and previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
