Job Description
MarbleClear Limited is seeking a highly qualified HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 4-6 years of proven HR management experience. Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software are essential. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and enhancing training programs. A professional certification (CIPM, SPHR, etc.) is a plus.
