Job Description
Stanbic Bank Tanzania is seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to drive the growth and development of insurance premiums, delivering profitable revenue streams for the company. The successful candidate will manage corporate clients, including insurance brokers, and provide strategic input to enhance the Bank’s vision as a leading financial solutions provider.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, professional qualifications in insurance (an advantage), and 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry. Candidates should excel in sales and relationship management.
