Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers at Damodar Agro Industries PVT LTD. You will onboard new clients, provide product training, and monitor customer health metrics to ensure successful product adoption. Your role will include developing strong customer relationships and creating success plans for key accounts.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple accounts, SaaS experience is a plus, knowledge of CRM systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.

Pay: ₦50,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
